NOTICE FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

O. Park Homeowners Association

Date: July 3rd 2025


The Board of Directors of the O. Park Homeowners Association wishes to inform the community that Chris Orr has formally resigned from his position as Treasurer of the Association. We thank Chris for his service and dedication to the community during his term. Chris will continue to support the Association serving in a committee position where he will help run our official Facebook page Olympia Park Official HOA and distribute common area access cards utilizing his expertise in Information Technology.


In accordance with the Associations By-Laws, Article IV, Section 2, the Board of Directors has appointed Michael Jones to serve as Treasurer for the remainder of the current two-year term.


We welcome Michael to this role and look forward to his contributions to the continued success of our Association.

Wins for our Community

Converted to a self-managed association, achieving significant cost savings of $15,000+ per year.
Strategically grew reserves to more than $28,000 to support long-term financial security and sustainability.
Implemented an easy to use website for our Olympia Park Community and established an official Facebook page to better connect us.
Successfully negotiated multiple service contracts including landscaping, construction, pool renovation, and general maintenance; to enhance and better serve our community.
Proactively hired legal representation to resolve existing issues and guide the development of a forward-looking plan for our community.
Pool renovation slated for Fall 2025, will address existing wear and tear, upgrade the surface to a durable pebble finish with a 20–25 year lifespan, and transition the system to low-maintenance saltwater filtration.
